We can review. Good times bad times. Tin roofs Cedar roofs. Sh*tty people good people. Incoming call from some new marketing. Not this marketing. Is this marketing? Played music at a listing appointment. Elvis Presley’s fools rush in. Offer and Acceptance. Stay the course. Repetition is the key to learning.
Buying a house with a buried oil tank? Get the oil tank out of the ground. Test the soil. Close in peace.
Week in Review—
Winter to spring to winter to spring
Inventory still dwindling
Swindlers still swindling
Good luck with your build-a-Ling
Supply chain are issues still a thing
Sell now and cash in cha-Ching
But where do you go and what do you bring.
Rap that and send it back.
Love.
Transient Man
It’s an old tune. I recorded this version last week and included a few reasons to live out here on the east end.
Week in Review. New marketing. Exercise. Try new things. Execute. The more you fail the more you win. Yes to surf. Even in sub zero temps. List with me. Where should I put the new recording? Work with positive people. Overdeliver. Family is everything. Create daily. Congrats and condolences. It’s a quick ride.
Week in Review: Forgot about so many other positives this month and this week, but I guess that’s part of this exercise. Staying accountable. Month one done. Bring on the team. More masterminds. More collaboration. More transparency. More kindness. More playing. Music. In the snow. More happy clients. More positive people. More critical thinking and swift action. More at bats. Figuratively speaking. I don’t care about baseball. I sell real estate and play music obsessively whether I like it or not.
The time has come…The same clown who got me into this insane business told me about the term TFC years ago. If dictionaries were
still a thing, this house would be the picture next to the definition.
Week in review… Had one singularly traumatic day and at least two days made in heaven, rode the golden lift with a Duke, brought together some amazing people who I hope will continue a legacy that dates back over 100 years. Listed a great property. Learned a ton. Said yes to a sporadic jaunt to the mountains, made some black bean soup, surfed in in 14 degrees, did a cartwheel off my face….
TFC.
