If I can't make it I will let you know on the same bases and at that point you can decide to allow me to get another therapist for your appointment or we can change time and date that fits us both.
*Before getting massage is best to take a shower and leave off any lubricants that you normally use after a shower.

*Music is optional. l personally like yoga type music, but if there is something you like better we can play that. The reason for the music is to take your mind off of the day to day things that worry you and bring yourself into the world of relaxation. This will get you the best results!
* Touch- is what massage is all about but if it is too deep you need to let me know, or if I hit a spot that brings up pain you need to tell me, conversely if you want me to work where the pain is and can deal with the pain you need to tell me that as well. I like to work on the front of the body first, then turn you over and work on your back. Every part of the body should be touched that includes the head, unless you are worried about you hairdo in which case you need to let me know so I can work around the hair line. Then when I am finished it is important to drink water because massage releases toxins out, but the water flushes the system.
