We have made the decision to stay open this winter and offer the option of short term renting for folks who are in temporary need of a place to rent. This type of rental will only be available until mid April, when we then offer only short term nightly and weekly summertime rentals. If you would like to rent as a short term lease, you MUST provide proof of an income and provide 3 references. Please contact us via FB or by phone at 989/362-6996. Our cabins our fully equipped, offer two bedrooms and one bathroom. Renters will be required to bring their own linens (for bath and bedroom). We will also have 2 cabins available for weekend rentals should anyone want a wintertime, up north get away!
Welcome to Autumn in Michigan!!! The colors are starting to change and our little neck of the woods is turning vibrant, with the smell of crisp, fall air and bonfires! October is a great month to experience Pure Michigan, and what better way to spend your days on the Sunrise Side than at Woodland Beach Cottages. We now offer our off-season rates ($60 per night) which is a heckuva deal. Just wanted to let folks know we will be increasing our rates for rental next season. The off season rate will be $70 per night and the in-season rates will be $100 or $110 per night (depending on which cabin is rented). Weekly rates will be either $650 or $720. It was a difficult decision to make, but we have not raised our prices in 10 years but felt that we really need to raise them in order to keep up with expenses.

Evening and sunrise at Woodland Beach Cottages! Never get tired of seeing this. We have very few dates scattered through August if you might want to take a trip to Northeast Michigan during the week. We require a minimum 2- night stay. We still have availability for Labor Day weekend but calls are coming in now for that weekend. For Labor Day weekend, we require a minimum stay of 3 nights.
Due to some schedule changes, we have cabin availability July 9-15 (Saturday to Saturday). Come for a few days or a whole week (2 night minimum however). What better way to spend a relaxing vacation than on the shores of beautiful Lake Huron.
We had a large group have to transfer their vacation to a different week so we now have openings July 9-16. We also have 2 cabins available for July 5-9. ( However, please note we are fully reserved for the last 2 weeks of July).
