Even Travel Advisors can have issues while traveling. I booked and paid for a private audio tour of The Sagrada Familia months ago. Arrived today in Barcelona, quickly showered and headed over to the Basilica, shopped a bit then went to check on my ticket, nothing. Call my assistant and she calls Apple too find out the tour was cancelled and they forgot to advise us! Now tickets are sold out to go inside so 😭😭😭😭
