Just finished a week at Front Row Center. Sitting in the screened porch, listening to surf and watching the waves break never gets old!

A little over 3 years ago, we bought the house at 564 W. Gorrie Dr. on St. George Island, FL then known as Owl's Rest. There was a lot we liked about the house, but it needed a rebuild and updating. It was a lot of work, but we're really happy with how it turned out. Below is a video with a series of before and after photos. It's now a 5BR beachfront home - which we've renamed Front Row Center. Our elevator got installed last week along with the tile backsplash. Some supply chain issues with both of those items, but they are set now. Last item is the dune walkover - had to wait until turtle season was over to go over the dune!

Just doing the finishing touches. Bunk room was completed a couple of weeks ago and the decks and pool are in!

Starting putting in Furniture at the end of July!
