If you’re dreaming of sunny days at the beach like I am, we still have availability Memorial Day and a few open weeks in June/July! In addition to all new sliding doors and the air hockey table for the game room, we’re having a whole-house water softener/filtration system installed later this month - it will make such a difference! Happy Holiday season from our fam to yours! We are changing management companies at the end of February but are honoring all existing reservations. As soon as our page is active on Cape & Coast’s website, I’ll post it here. Meanwhile, we do have openings for next spring, so if you’re interested, just send me a message! We are replacing all of our sliders and screens for the 24-25 season. 💙

Memorial Day week just opened up! Our family was going to be at the house the week of 5/28-6/4, but we have had a change in plans. Our loss is your gain! Let me know if you’d like to book the week! It is still reserved under our name so that I can hold the week for anyone here who might be interested. Rent is $3050 for the week plus taxes and pet fees.

We are excited to say that we extended our pool area this month, adding a lot more space, four palm trees, and a sodded area for outdoor games. It’s a great space to spend time with the family after a day on the beach! We’re booked up for the summer but do have some spring and lots of fall availability. We just converted our queen bedroom to a king so that we now have three king bedrooms and one bunk room for the kids. We also added to our bike collection! This month, we’re extending our fenced back yard area and adding awesome palm trees and a grassy area so that there’s room for co****le or any other outdoor play. If you’re looking for a great spot for a family vacation, we’d love to have you!
