This property provides a very unique opportunity to support large groups. The design allows

you to gather in central areas or in smaller areas within the suites. The main level has 2 bedrooms and a family room with a full kitchen. This level has 3 flat screen TVs, and 4 queen size beds, with a large deck and screen porch. Each bedroom has a full bath with granite counter tops. If you need a smaller space, this floor is available for rental alone. The upstairs level also has 2 bedrooms with a family room and full kitchen. This level has 3 flat screen TVs with 2 queen and 1 king size bed. Each bedroom has a full bathroom. This level opens up with french doors to a large tiled covered patio with ceiling fans and a very nice view overlooking the lake. This is a wonderful place to kick back and relax. For large gatherings, you can enjoy the Hospitality Suite/Terrace level with over 1500 sq ft of indoor space with multiple sitting areas, pool table, 3 large TVs, surround sound media center and large kitchen with island. This area opens to a large protected patio with ceiling fans overlooking the lake. The Hospitality Suite/Terrace Level is an additional cost. Please see Rates section in Rates tab for pricing. Cuscowilla is a private club and their facilities are not available for rental guest usage. Activities at Cuscowilla:

- Bring your boat, or rent a boat and dock it right behind Lodge Villa.
- Access available to kayaks, paddle boards, and a canoe.

We are wrapping up a renovation project at Lodge Villa 417. We have lots of updates as we get ready for 2024. Here are some pics of the top 2 floors. Terrace level, patio and deck pics will be posted in a few weeks when the pollen is gone.

Greetings from Lake country! We have added a swing bed for relaxing while overlooking the lake from the top patio. I tried it out this afternoon and it works great!

It was a busy day yesterday. As we continue upgrades, we have just finished painting the entire exterior. And more importantly, we have upgraded our TV on the terrace level to a 75 inch, as we get ready for the NCAA playoffs.

Great news! We have our assigned slip for Lodge Villa 417. And it is directly behind our villa, only 50 feet away.

We have just converted our screen porch into a sun room. It can also double as an office to do a little work if "absolutely" necessary. Not a bad view while doing a little work! 😎
