Hello all, Schlangen’s Custom Cabinets is looking to hire cabinet installers. Full time positions available. We are looking for a team-oriented person with problem solving skills and great customer skills. Our culture is our main priority so bring a positive attitude, a willingness to ask questions, and a drive to jump in and help out.
Duties:
• Loading and unloading of cabinetry into trailer
• Communicate with clients and project managers to provide amazing customer service
• Install cabinetry to the highest standards (Cabinets, Crown, Counter Tops, Etc.)
• Looks for ways to improve the process and improve everyday
• Be available to help in the shop as needed
Benefits:
• Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
• Simple IRA with employer match
• Paid Vacation
• Paid Holidays
• Day shift
• Overtime after 40 hours.
Qualifications
• Basic carpentry skills.
• Need to be able to lift around 100-150 pounds.
• Willingness to learn.
• Drivers license.
