The SilverSneakers Fitness Class is a great way to stay active 💪, connect with the community 🤝, and have fun 🎉! Starting October 15, the Body & Soul Gold Workout will take place every Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Trinity Church. This class is perfect for both seated 🪑 and standing 🏃‍♂️ exercises and is free for SilverSneakers members. Just bring your member ID to join!
