I have decided to try to do 30 day minimum rentals this year. We are booked until July 30th. Offering for this year only a reduced rate of $1200/week with a 4 week minimum. No room or sales tax! 3 bed 1 bath, 900 sq foot adorable vintage cottage. Laundry, high speed internet, central air, great location.
