Mammoth Bus Trip #1 of 2025
Let's head to the mountain together!

$465 Trip Price includes:
• Lodging at 1849 Condos, just steps away from Canyon Lodge! Max 2 people per room. 8 people per condo.
• Roundtrip bus transportation with water, soft drinks, and movies.
•Our private charter bus will also bring you back from Main Lodge/apres ski at the Yodler at the end of the day!
• Light continental breakfast provisions Sat & Sun
• Saturday night condo party with snacks. BYOB (Bring your own beverage). Party theme: Japow!

Departure: Loading starts at 4:30 pm at Aerospace Corporation El Segundo Parking Lot. (Parking lot is gated and guarded.) Leave at 5:30 pm. Bring a $1 to place your bet on our arrival time. Winner takes the pot.

Sunday return: Leave Mammoth 4 pm sharp. Arrive approximately 10 pm.

• Optional Pita Pit dinner for Sunday night bus ride can be purchased on departure day for $13.

Lift tickets are not included. Most members purchase the IKON Pass.

Refunds are provided if (1) the trip fills up and (2) the club or you find a replacement.

As usual, the club will provide soft drinks. If you have a special beverage you'd like to bring and share, you're more than welcome!

Costumes are optional for this party, but there will be PRIZES for the most creative outfits!

Meet at 5pm for Happy Hour with the Wailers on Fri 15 Nov at Rockefellers in Hermosa Beach, with optional viewing of this year's Warren Miller film afterwards.

The plan is to park for free at the Hermosa Beach Community Theatre and walk to Rockefellers. If you just want to do happy hour, that's ok too! (Please note that HH pricing ends at 6pm)

Wailers ski club came up with this plan, and we're joining forces with them for the evening.

Sunday, August 25
Concert: The Kings of 88 - starts at 5pm
(but join us earlier)

Bring: Food to share. If you have a camp table, please bring that! Also - BYO adult beverages (yes, they are permitted!) and cups/plastic glasses. Beach chairs are OK but should have a low back so as not to block others' views. Beach towel or blanket to sit on is another option.

Club will provide: Other beverages (water, soda, etc.) + plates, napkins, utensils.

How to find us: We will be on the lawn directly in front of the park's West Gazebo. The closest cross-street is Peck. We will have our club banner proudly displayed so you won't miss us!

* Arriving earlier is highly recommended in order to find parking!
