Could not be happier, when we decided to add to our existing garden, this time we chose to make it a little easier on our backs...
My brother Ilja Šubert had a lot of success with these last year back home in Europe, so we took his advise.

5 Layers of: sticks, pine needles, goat manure compost, wood ash and then dirt on top.

Flu is upon Us...
At these times we fight back !

We are having large numbers of people reaching out How to overcome this Flu virus or make symptoms go away sooner.

In addition to a good whole food diet and Elderberry immune powers We have decided to go Public and share the "Healing herbal tea recipe"

You can make it your self or get it from us ..

Here is goes:

* Mullein (leaf) - respiratory antiflammatory remedy
*Echinacea Purpura (leaf) - prevents and reduces common cold and flu symptoms antiviral against influenza viruses
*Hyssop (leaf) - antioxidant relieving cough and sore throat
*Elderberry flower (flower) - inflammatory reduces cold and flu symptoms controls blood sugar
*Marshmallow root (root) - soothed irritated mucous membranes (mouth, throat, stomach)
Reduces anxiety and depression
*Hibiscus (flower) contains natural Iron, tremendously re-vive and helps immune system

1 Tbsp of of each except the elderberry (double the amount-2 Tbsp of Elderberry ) and only 1/4 Tbsp of Marshmallow root.
Mix well and you just got 5 servings of your healing tea... Steep like your average tea
I was able to get over my symptoms in 2 days

There are pictures of 2 different teas at the end.
We started also mixing a "Aryuveda digestive tea"
(Coriander, Fennel and Cumin)
