Flu is upon Us...
At these times we fight back !

We are having large numbers of people reaching out How to overcome this Flu virus or make symptoms go away sooner.

In addition to a good whole food diet and Elderberry immune powers We have decided to go Public and share the "Healing herbal tea recipe"

You can make it your self or get it from us ..

Here is goes:

* Mullein (leaf) - respiratory antiflammatory remedy
*Echinacea Purpura (leaf) - prevents and reduces common cold and flu symptoms antiviral against influenza viruses
*Hyssop (leaf) - antioxidant relieving cough and sore throat
*Elderberry flower (flower) - inflammatory reduces cold and flu symptoms controls blood sugar
*Marshmallow root (root) - soothed irritated mucous membranes (mouth, throat, stomach)
Reduces anxiety and depression
*Hibiscus (flower) contains natural Iron, tremendously re-vive and helps immune system

1 Tbsp of of each except the elderberry (double the amount-2 Tbsp of Elderberry ) and only 1/4 Tbsp of Marshmallow root.
Mix well and you just got 5 servings of your healing tea... Steep like your average tea
I was able to get over my symptoms in 2 days

There are pictures of 2 different teas at the end.
We started also mixing a "Aryuveda digestive tea"
(Coriander, Fennel and Cumin)

This is the 2nd year that our land received these Winter blessings, after the cooler temps and rain dozens of these Amanita Muscaria mushrooms with Neuro-Anti-Inflammatory properties are popping up everywhere around the creek side. They can be very toxic if eaten raw and it is a lengthy process to convert Ibotenic acid into healing Muscimol.

Sweet Oreo enjoying his Spa Day! He will always hold a special place in my heart. 7 months ago his owner was told by multiple Vets that he needed to be put down due to both his back legs having extensive Injuries and open hind leg fratures, that he would never be able to walk again. We decided to bring him home and give him a chance and he lived in our garage for 3 months while we removed pieces of bone daily and we cared for him 24/7. Now here he is thriving and living his best life at Sandy Creek Resort, where we built him a sanctuary with other goat friends. #SweetOreo #petgoats #SandyCreekResort
