NEW‼️ Winter yoga will be held once a month at the Post Lake Improvement Association (PLIA) building beginning Sunday, January 5th!

New Year's Resolutions UNLOCKED! 💪

Winter yoga is coming to Post Lake! 🎉

Some of you may know Yoga Instructor, Stephanie, from this summer at Sunset View Resort & Tavern. NOW she'll be teaching classes at our PLIA building once a month, ALL WINTER!
