I may be an expert at creating the perfect romantic getaway. I can whip up an Italian itinerary for my clients with flights, accommodations, experiences, and the whole shebang in no time at all.

But I have to admit, I struggle with overplanning activites for Christmas. There’s no way my family can go to the Christmas Bazaar, make tamales, watch White Christmas, and go look at the lights all in one day.

I try every year, but it just isn’t my strong suit.

I’ll leave the planning to my husband kids, and I’ll stick to putting the finishing touches on travel plans for my clients’ 2025 bucket list trips.

Right now, I’m working on an anniversary trip to Tahiti and a 21 day tour through New Zealand.

True or false: Travel is all about the little details.

Of course, the big details like the best flight options, where to stay, and what to do matter too.

But in my opinion, it’s the little things like the best dishes and wine to try, the recommended restaurants outside of the touristy areas, and the tours with the extra awesome guides that make a trip truly stand out.

So where do you get all of those details without having to scour the internet endlessly and have 17 browser tabs open at once right before your trip?
