🤩 In just 5 short days I’ll be heading to Saint Vincent and the Grenadines to experience the brand new Sandals St. Vincent! Make sure you’re following along so you don’t miss anything!

🏝️ St. Vincent will be the 5th Caribbean island I’ve visited and it’s in the top 5 for Best Places to visit in the Caribbean!

☀️ Pure and undisturbed, nestled between two seas at the edge of the lesser Antilles—its natural beauty untouched and ripe for discovery. The peaceful azure waters, majestic rainforests, and stunning white-sand beaches are a richly colorful backdrop for exciting new experiences. Stroll along meandering rivers that empty into azure seas. Hike through the rainforest to survey the crater atop La Soufrière. Explore ancient petroglyphs created by long-ago cultures. Or dive into the waters surrounding Anchor Reef to admire the unique black coral found nowhere else. This little-known wonder of the Caribbean has so much to see and do and I can’t wait to tell you all about it!

❤️‍🩹 We’re not even sure what day it is at this point. We’re headed back out to feed the community today. Thai week has been such a blessing to us. Getting to love on and pray with our neighbors has done our hearts so much good!

🧡 10/2 - Daily Donation Need Update. If you’d like to donate you can ship things directly to us and we will deliver them to the donation center so they don’t have to worry about the delivery person getting their truck in the middle of drop off and pick up.

❤️‍🩹 I have a specific prayer request today. Pray for the helpers. We want to continue to show up with everything we have in us and many of us are pouring from empty cups at the moment, but we can’t stop. Our community needs us so we need strength to keep going!

✨ Pray specially for us as a company as we embark on a mission to feed 300 hot meals a day for the next three days to the Hampton community. Pray that we have the right words for the people we meet. Pray that they feel loved and not alone in this process. Pray that our warm meal gives them strength to keep moving forward.

💔 We’ve been MIA for a bit, but there was a good reason. Our precious corner of East Tennessee and our neighbors in NC and Virginia were absolutely devastated by Hurricane Helene and we’ve been in recovery mode - collecting supplies, working at the donation command center, loving on the volunteers, feeding the first responders.

🧡 Many of you have reached out to see how you can help and we are so appreciative! You aren’t going to see many vacation/travel posts from us this week, but we are going to share the updated lists of needs and a link to our Amazon wish list in case you want to have some items shipped in. Our area stores and supplies are running low so if your donations will make it here within a few days that is the best option. You can ship directly to us, one of our agents, or the Elizabethton Parks & Recs at the address listed on the list of needs.

❤️‍🩹 We are so strong and we will get through this! Please continue to pray for everyone affected by Hurricane Helene and for the helpers that we stay strong as we are taking care of our community!

☀️ With our upcoming stay at Sandals Dunns River we will have stayed at 6 of the 7 Jamaican resorts!

😷 Our first stay was at Sandals South Coast during the height of the pandemic and we absolutely fell in love! Jamaica did such an amazing job of opening for tourism to support their people while also making it as safe as possible for people to travel. This is one of the reasons I will always support them!

🥳 We’ve celebrated milestone birthdays, gone with friends, gone just the two of us, gone for work, and now we’re going to celebrate 20 years of marriage! We’ve stayed at Sandals Montego Bay, Sandals South Coast, Sandals Negril, Sandals Ochi, and Sandals Royal Plantation some of them multiple times 🫣😂 (not including the other islands we’ve been to). No matter if you’re celebrating or just need a getaway Sandals has a resort with the perfect vibe for you!

🤪 We’ve been a little crazy around here trying to wrap things up before we hit the road so we got behind on our countdown, but we’re going to get caught up today!

🏓 Pickleball is taking the world by storm right now and Sandals resorts are making sure you can play no matter where you travel!

☀️ Sandals South Coast has 8 pickleball courts! It’s the perfect resort to host a pickleball tournament! We’ve actually got one planned for next year and can’t wait to tell you all about it! Stay tuned for those details!
