Qualifications
-Ethical conduct, problem solving mindset and technical capability.
-High school diploma or GED required.
-3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience required. Experience in the food /high-speed environment is a plus.
-Ability to follow specifications and read electrical schematics.
-Welding, fabrication, and Machine mill skills preferred
Responsibilities of the Position
- Troubleshoot issues, perform immediate repairs, execute preventive maintenance on equipment.
- Overhaul and install new equipment.
Rebuild and fabricate parts.
-Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Can read and interpret equipment manuals to perform required maintenance and service, research parts needed and generate parts request to ensure adequate inventory.
- Performs mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of machines.
-Perform equipment changeovers and production line setups.
-Maintain a good attendance and work weekends when needed.
Train all employees on tasks as needed.
-Enforce company rules regarding safety, discipline, cooperation, and teamwork. Comply with OSHA safety and GMP standards.
-Attend selected meetings.
-Perform other duties as assigned by Management
