Down for the count today with the good ole gut flu. But eying up the early ice reports and extended forecast, things are looking good for "safe-to-me" ice for next week!

Wow! Did that just happen? Only one hour 45 minutes of fishing in a kayak in 25 degree weather and 40 degree rivet temps and look at this! Flambeau River fatties! This is the latest in the year I ever caight a bass! Snuck out for a bit this morning. $1700 trolling motor broke a drive cable on the way to the ramp. 30 mile wind gust. Decided to improvise. 16' deep totally opposite of what they did last year at 51 water temp. All fish caught on James Gang Fishing Company on my favorite color . My spinning fiberglass rod design crafted by worked very well for blade baits. I sure love this rod!

So proud of my latest project! Its time to get healthy by avoiding the poisoned processed foods in our country. No thanks to the cigarette industry scientists wrecking our groceries. We've been lied to alot since 1950 on lard, butter, salt, eggs, fat, beef, corn syrup, sunblock, vaccines, and prescription drugs. All for insane profits!

I tried a few of these out recently. My favorite aspect of these is that they have much more density than other jerkshads. They cast further, skip better, but still dart very well. Use a weightless EWG hook on these with braided line and get ready to have some fun!!
