We have had a few last minute cancellations for our 212 Traverse St. property. The four bedroom, two bath home is now available the weeks of July 8th through July 15th and July 29th through August 5th which is also the week of the Harbor Days Festival here in Elk Rapids!

We have openings for winter rental opportunities in a few of our properties! The winter rentals are typically for several months, September through June 1st. Special Announcement!

Due to many requests to rent during the off season to enjoy the fall color tours, winter sports or holiday get away opportunities here in the Elk Rapids area, we have decided to offer The Upper Deck for a reduced off season rate of $1600 per week through May of 2022! Any stay less than a week will be prorated – however, there is a 4 day minimum stay.
