Wearing my New York shirt I bought while we were on Haley’s senior trip in 2017, had me reminiscing about some of the things we did.

Haley”s bucket list trio was to go to NY and see Hamilton on Broadway. It was a great play and we had a wonderful time.
While there, we also popped in to see Anastasia the Musical too. We also visited the Twin Towers Memorial, the Statue of Liberty and some other cool landmarks.

I want to go back again to visit Niagara Falls.

Has anyone else been to New York? If so, what are your “must-see” recommendations?.

Reading something the moves you forward each day is a must!!! For the book I am reading now, I chose a shorter one, but Charles full of good information. One point that’s most of us need to hear: inspirational loan isn’t enough. You have to take action to move forward. What book are you ready right now? What do you like best about it?

We had a blast last night at Majestic 🎭 Theater in San Antonio. Spending a few days with the crew for a last little hoorah before we get back on schedule of homeschooling.

Me and my people went to see Mean Girl, the Musical.

Lots of laughs 🤣 and great memories made!

Travel doesn’t have to be far from home, lots of days off works, or expensive. In fact, travel can be at home with a stay-cation.

While staying at Xcaret Arte in Mexico, one of the things I LOVED was the specialty restaurants. I had to debate back and forth with myself on which one was my favorite. Food wise, Tah-xido won. I have never really been too adventurous with my food, so I wanted to really expand my palette and try several dishes. I am now a fan of Japanese dishes. The food was amazing! To dine at Tah-xido you need to make reservations in advance. For your dinning experience, you can choose the hibachi grill or ordering off the menu à la carte. We chose to sit and enjoy ordering off the menu so that we could try several different dishes. (There are just a few of the dishes pictured.) I started my meal off with real crab wontons. They were so delicious, I could have stopped there and just ordered more of those. The rest of the meal was just as delicious. When staying at Arte, make sure to book your reservation in advance to experience this amazing restaurant.
