Technology has given us the opportunity to continue reaching our dealers, collaborating ideas and putting plans into action. Recently we began our virtual classrooms through Zoom.
We may not be able to host our dealer education in-person, but that certainly does not stop Forest River Bus, or our Dealer Network, from continuing to work for you.

Today we remember the 246 individual boarding flights that never made it to their destinations.
We remember the 2,606 workers that arrived at work in the Twin Towers and Pentagon, and never made it out.
We recognize the 343 firefighters, 60 police officers and 8 paramedics running into the chaos, as everyone else ran away.

With over 85 divisions nationwide, the entire Forest River family is involved in giving back to our local communities throughout North America. In September of 2019, Forest River, Inc. announced a major philanthropic partnership with Care Camps, a non-profit organization formed by KOA franchisees. This program allows children with cancer to enjoy what many of us take for granted; the healing power of nature and friendship.

We are proud that our Forest River Bus Dealers have gotten involved as well. The Bus Center in Alabama, through the Make a Wish Foundation, made an 8 year old’s wish come true. Due to the pandemic, outings to amusement or water parks might be out, but camping and exploring Mother Nature was just what the doctor ordered!
Little Davis wanted to be able explore the mountains and beaches with his family, and The Bus Center Alabama stepped up! They surprised Davis and his family with a brand new Forest River Camper, which he immediately called dibs on the top bunk.

Thank you Make a Wish Alabama and The Bus Center Alabama for making a difference, embodying the movement of giving back!
We look forward to seeing all the adventures Davis and his family get to enjoy together!

2020 marks the 30th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Our industry works within ADA guidelines every day to ensure over 61 million people in America have available transportation.

Forest River Bus was proud to deliver Harmony Day Support, located in Forest, VA, a custom Berkshire Coach Ultra 28 on July 9, 2020.
Harmony Day Support was one of over 200 applicants for the Forest River Bus Giveaway last fall, in celebration of our 100,000th built bus. With the help of Sonny Merryman, Forest River Bus’s local dealer, we were able to provide a custom coach, specific to the needs of Harmony Day Support’s individuals.
Some of the features included were (2) ADA compliant wheelchair positions, COVID driver partition, USB ports per seat and green accent lighting to match Harmony Day Support’s corporate color.

An open house was held with all the HDS individuals, Team Sonny and representatives from Forest River Bus to commemorate the delivery, and included guests Congressman Ben Cline and the Bedford Chamber of Commerce.

Congratulations again to Harmony Day Support! We look forward to hearing how everyone is enjoying the new ride!
