Our December journey through Valle de Guadalupe ended with an unexpected and unforgettable treat—Kous Kous, a phenomenal restaurant located at Anatolia Winery. While we were already impressed with their incredible wines (more on that in a future post!), the food at Kous Kous truly elevated the entire experience and was the perfect finale to our trip.

The creativity and attention to detail in every dish we enjoyed were absolutely unmatched. The flavors were vibrant, the presentation stunning, and every bite reflected the passion that defines Valle de Guadalupe’s culinary scene.

Ending our tour with a stop at Kous Kous reminded us that our experiences aren’t just about wine—they’re about discovering extraordinary food that pairs perfectly with the incredible wines of the region.

With only six rooms, the inn offers an intimate, peaceful retreat in the heart of the vineyard. Waking up to the serene views of the vines is an experience in itself.

Each morning, we gather for an incredible homemade breakfast prepared by Mrs. Miller’s chef, featuring local ingredients and dishes that reflect the region’s rich culinary traditions. ⚠️ Consumer Warning for Group Trips to Europe! ⚠️

When you’re booking a group travel experience, not all trips are created equal. Many companies advertise “included meals” but leave out key details—often, not every meal is included, which can lead to unexpected challenges and expenses.

As someone who has led group tours in five different countries, I’ve seen firsthand the issues that arise when travelers are left to fend for themselves for certain meals, especially in Europe. After extensive experience organizing seamless, VIP-level food and wine tours, I’ve crafted VIP Winery Vacations to include every meal and every excursion. Why? Because I know what it takes to create a truly worry-free, authentic, and elevated experience.

Here’s the problem with tours that don’t include every meal:
