We are a family of four who were born and raised near Ellicottville, NY. We bought this condo to not just be a rental property, but our second home to pass along our love of snow and outside adventure to our children. We look forward to sharing our beautiful slope side condo with our guests and hope you enjoy all the endless activates there are to experience. We are located slope side next to the
main lodge at Holiday Valley. Immediate access to the ski slopes in the winter and the golf course in the summer. It is 2 adjoining units with lockout capabilities. For smaller groups, the units can be split into 2 individual units that each sleep 4: The 1 Bedroom Suite or the Studio Hotel Room.

The charming village of Ellicottville is just a mile down the road. Ellicottville hosts a number of festivals and special events throughout the year. A wide variety of boutiques and restaurants welcome visitors. There are multiple ski/snowboard shops, a gourmet chocolate shop, Hatchet Throwing, Salt Caves, Winery and multiple Breweries right in the village. The Seneca Allegheny Casino is 12 miles away. Allegheny State Park with lakes, beaches, hiking paths, and wildlife is just a few miles further. If it's a nice relaxing getaway filled with hot tubs, shopping and a trip to the winery OR a trip full of adventure with skiing, tubing, zip lining, mountain coaster or mountain biking ...
