With over 5600 square feet on 3 acres, there is plenty of room to hang together, but also plenty of room for peace and quiet. Located just 12 minutes from downtown Ellijay and 90 minutes from Atlanta, the Falling Waters gated community is in the heart of North Georgia's apple orchards, and wineries. Falling Waters Lodge offers unsurpassed mountain & lakeside beauty. Although, close to Ellijay's restaurants and antique shops, you'll feel a world away from it all! It's the perfect place for couples, guy/girl weekends and family getaways. We know you will enjoy your stay and our goal is to make you come back!

OUR STORY

After 10 years of owning a cabin in Ellijay, my wife and I have fallen in love with the area so much that we purchased this property with hopes to make it our full time residence. We've been so overwhelmed with the beauty and tranquility of the lodge that we want to share it with you and your family and friends. - Karen and Scott
