Last week I took my daughter to the cabin to restock, clean and have some fun. We bought some wonderful Strawberries at R & A orchard. Then shopped around downtown Ellijay. We had dinner at the Black Sheep in Blue Ridge and also tried Southern Charm for lunch the next day.

This super sweet couple, Matt and Kelly, decided to get away for a weekend to enjoy the North Georgia mountains. They ate at the Black Sheep Restaurant and rode on the famous Blue Ridge Railway. They wandered through the Trout Festival in downtown Blue Ridge. Back at Hilltop Hideaway Cabin, they relaxed on the huge deck and spent time soaking in the hot tub. Two of my friends told me to try The Shack restaurant in downtown Ellijay. They make custom poke bowls. Mine was so delicious. And the staff is so friendly. I'll definitely be back.

Just had the best cup of coffee at the Ellijay Coffeehouse. The location downtown is so quaint and inside there are several different seating options for working, socializing or relaxing.
