We have our seasonal house-made classic eggnog available in multiple forms in Rye and The Garage:

- Eggnog drink in both non-alcoholic or boozy form (rum, bourbon, or cognac are classic (some combine all three!)),
- Eggnog by the quart to take home (boozy ok too!),
and
- Eggnog Latte at the the Garage

Stop by the Garage for all the above or have an eggnog cocktail at Rye, both open Wednesday-Sunday

All restoration done by me except the amazing floor that was done by, The Victorian Flooring Company , fitted new windows , my customer had a sandblasting firm on to take off all the painful off the brickwork, I then repointed the mortar joints in red morta, fitted antique door and reworked it with added new carvings over the letter box, painted in a oil paint that was mixed called Farrow and Ball Blushing room pink , fitted new York stone steps.

This is a clear example of why we preserve our past for the future. It is an architecturally significant house located in the heart of Elmira's Victorian neighborhood. We will have more inside and architectural photos of this house. One fireplace was photographed and the newel post and the lightning rod architectural feature on the roof pinical. Brent Stermer
