SOLD! After 2 1/2 years of making some great memories and sharing the place with friends and family…the Tipsy Buffalo Lodge has been sold. Congrats to the new awesome young family who have some very exciting plans to revamp it and make it their own!

Skiers ⛷️ take note…..Boyne Mountain is open for skiing and only 30 minute drive from my Tipsy Buffalo Lodge & Barn. Also access to our beautiful Clubhouse with pool, water slide and hot tub for small additional extra fee. I have availability this weekend and over the upcoming holiday period (NYE is booked). One mile from the Lodge is the beautiful (non-motorized) Pencil Lake. You can enjoy a walk on the path around the lake and row boats / kayaks / fishing. Here’s some pics from our walk this morning…beautiful!

I just recently purchased this charming, rustic and secluded lodge with direct access to Trail 4 snowmobile trail in Lakes of the North (near Ga***rd). I am offering up the lodge for rental to family and friends (and friends of friends).

The lodge features 3 bedroom / 2 baths and will accommodate up to 8 guests. It has wifi, games, attached 2 car garage (keep your snowmobiles in there overnight), fully equipped kitchen, 2 fireplaces (living room and master bedroom) and much more. You’re within a 1 hour drive to so many wonderful places including Traverse City (45 minutes), Torch Lake (45 minutes), Boyne Mountain (25 minutes), Lake Charlevoix (30 minutes), Mackinaw City (1 hour), Boyne City, Charlevoix, Petoskey, Harbor Springs. Nearby activities include golf, snowmobiling, atv’ing, side x side (all immediate access from the lodge with onsite trailer parking), downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, clubhouse with pool / hot tub / water slide (extra charge for clubhouse guest pass), leaf peaking, wine tours, sledding, canoe / kayaking, fishing, biking, hiking, dining, breweries…..so much to offer!

Please follow me on my next adventure. I have recently purchased this cabin right in the heart of Northern Michigan. Immediate access to hundreds of miles of snowmobile and atv / ORV trails. And close proximity to area attractions such as Boyne Mountain (25 minutes), Traverse City (45 minutes), Mackinaw City (1 hour), Lake Charlevoix, Torch Lake, so many wonderful places within a 1-Hr drive! Hiking, biking, canoeing, boating, skiing, snow shoeing, snowmobiling, atv’ing / side x sides, shopping, wineries, breweries, etc. The options are endless!

I’ll be offering my Tipsy Buffalo Lodge for rental shortly. It’s a 3 bedroom / 2 bath chalet with an attached garage to store your toys indoors at night. Plenty of trailer parking. And again….immediate trail access!!
