This classic Greek dish is one of our families favorite comfort meal. We like to make these Greek meatball - keftedes with turkey to lighten them up just a bit making them a wee bit healthier but still oh so tasty. Be sure to whip up a side of tzatziki to make this a wonderful meal.

With Christmas Eve only a week away it's time to get festive with some memories of Christmas markets we've loved.

One of Germany's biggest is in Nuremberg. It was our first stop on a Viking Christmas Market Cruise a few years ago.

When you think of Christmas Markets you may immediately think Germany, or Austria or many others. Would you think Portugal?
Yes, Portugal has many Christmas markets not just in the larger towns like Lisbon and Porto but even some of the very small towns have a lovely Christmas market and stunning light displays.
