With the warm weather on the horizon, we wanted to remind everyone to be prepared for a fun and safe time at the beaches of Emerald Isle, NC! Here are a few tips:

Sunscreen: Don't forget to pack sunscreen with at least SPF 30. Apply it generously before heading out and reapply every two hours.

Hydration: Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water, especially if you plan on being out in the sun for a long period of time.

Swim Safely: Always swim near a lifeguard and never swim alone. Be aware of rip currents and know how to escape them. If you're not sure, ask a lifeguard for advice.
