Summer isn't the only time to visit the beach! With a year-round population of about 4,000 people, Emerald Isle stays open with modified hours in the off-season. This means you can still get ice cream at Sweet Spot and visit the NC Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores as the leaves are changing and snow is falling.
