Family beach house rental home. Ocean front views. Our family beach house on Emerald Isle, NC, is available for rent when the family is not using it.

The cottage is ocean front--just walk out the back and onto the beach! There are 4 BR/2 baths and our rates are ~2/3 commercial rates. If anyone wants more information or thinks they might be interested in renting, send me your email address and I will include you in the group email I send out (usually in Feb.) with the times the house is available. We are especially interested in renters before M

emorial Day/after Labor Day when our rates are discounted even further. We'll be posting photos shortly!

The Silver Beach House has all of the weeks between Memorial Day and Labor Day rented except for May 28-June 1. However there are many dates available in April/May/Sept. and October. The Silver Beach House is officially closed for the year! We had a very busy and enjoyable season and look forward to another good year in 2024. We were fortunate to escape any damage from Hurricane Ian, just rain and high tides. We enjoyed a lovely week at the beach mid-Sept. including a fabulous view of the SpaceX satellite launch all the way from Florida! The house will be getting a fresh coat of paint after the season ends so will be ready for 2023!
