Introducing the first painted hydrant of the 2023 Paint-A-Hydrant Program: a whimsical Pac-Man themed hydrant at the corner of Pine & N. 7th Circle. Huge thanks to Nancy Lahovsky for her work in coordinating this piece, along with Emmaus native Carly Philbin and recent Desales graduate Therese Breithaupt who teamed up to paint this inspired and playful hydrant.

A little about the painters: Carly played field hockey at Emmaus High School and The Catholic University of America. She currently works as a sales specialist in the tech industry. Therese will be returning to Alabama, and she is looking forward to applying her Media Studies degree in future endeavors. Carly and Therese were extremely excited about this project to beautify the neighborhood!
