Provide and encourage a continuum of services for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities so that each person may realize their maximum developmental growth; dignify all individuals by upholding their human, individual and civil rights; support our individuals' inherent right to make personal decisions; create a system of care where individuals and families have the information needed to progress; institute a solid line of communication so each individual is able to feel heard and respected. In addition, create a work environment where staff feels valued, prepared to demonstrate competence and is supported in their professional growth; and maintain strict adherence to all rules and regulations set up by the state and local CCDO. offers Day and Residential services as well as Case Management in Morris, lyon, Wabaunsee, Chase, Franklin, Osage, and Coffey county.
