Provide and encourage a continuum of services for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities so that each person may realize their maximum developmental growth; dignify all individuals by upholding their human, individual and civil rights; support our individuals' inherent right to make personal decisions; create a system of care where individuals and families have the information needed to progress; institute a solid line of communication so each individual is able to feel heard and respected.
