Bottaro Wood Fired Pizza Bottaro Wood Fire Pizza is a Mobile Wood Fire Oven catering service. We also can be found at the Leucadia Farmers Market on Sundays 10-2.

Our catering services include event catering, corporate catering, company catering, wedding catering, parties, reunions, birthdays, graduations, holidays, and open houses, . We use organic flour, fresh mozzarella, the finest crushed tomatoes, fresh local produce, our own homemade sausage and fresh pesto. We also offer salads and appetizers all made on site.

Starting out fresh

Besides making pizzas it’s always therapeutic to build a pizza oven giving you a well rounded experience with the process. This is the first oven I built 24 years ago and decided to rebuild the dome.

Fun road trip visiting Thomas and Lucas with stops to the Grand Canyon, Monument Valley, Ft Collins, Jackson Hole, Park City and finishing up in Vegas catching the Eagles at the Sphere(saw them in 1974!).
