I want to thank all our guests for reaching out and checking on us. We are all fine and our own homes did not flood for which we are very grateful. All the rentals I manage are also okay - few have some minor damage in garages but nothing we can't fix - we are waiting on power being restored in our area and hopefully that will be this week
Manasota Beach got very lucky - just being over the bridge helped. We have a lot of clean up on exteriors but compared to some we are more then lucky.
We want to help people in need of homes while their's are getting repaired as much as we can and I do have options at the moment
To have back to back hurricanes is truly devastating for so many
