In the last few weeks Razorback LLC has been repairing and painting the Gasparilla Island Lighthouse to ensure she is around for future generations to enjoy!

Why pay a middle man? If you find a 5 star owner to rent from, why do you need to pay someone else another 15% when the owner or manager will do all the work to make your stay a good one? Sites like VRBO, AirBnB, and TripAdvisor all charge guests a Service Fee. TripAdvisor hides that fee in the nightly rate. Don’t be fooled!

Also, sites like Booking.com and Hotels.com charge the hotels or property owners 15% which is built into the nightly rates, so you’re still paying. ALWAYS whether you are booking a vacation rental or a hotel. You will get better and more personal service while saving lots of money in the process.
