My first visit to The Last Frontier...Alaska! The weather was a little warmer than we would have liked, but we made the most of our time in this majestic State. Pink & Sockeye Salmon, Halibut and Cod to name a few. Thanks Tommy, for organizing and acting as our tour guide. We will be back!

We watched the solar eclipse from a comfortable spot...on the creek! The bite was hot 1/2 hour before and after the eclipse. For those in the path of totality, it was quite the experience. ☀️ + 🌙 = 🎣

We were lucky enough to thread the needle with the weather and get this group out on the creeks. Chris and his daughter/son-in-law made the most of their Steelhead experience. Lost a few along the way, but a successful day. We appreciate you!

Chilly start to the day, but once the ice and slush burned off the bite was consistent for most of the day. Dave, Greg and Alex quickly figured out the drift patterns and landed some nice fish. Thank you, gentlemen, for being patient with the weather! 🎣

Jake had his fishing partner get sick at the last minute by he forged ahead on his own. The water was a tad bit high and can cause you to miss some strikes, which is what happened. He still managed to land some nice fish throughout the day. Nice job grinding it out, Jake. We appreciate you!

Merry Christmas, Friends! 🎄

This trip was many weeks in the making with low/high water but we finally got these guys out on the creeks and they made the most of it. Keith and Larry have been out with us previously, but Mike was on the quest to catch his first Steelhead. We had multiple triple and double ups along the way with over 40 fish to the bank on the day. Amazing day, thanks Keith, Larry and Mike.

Our youngest angler made a return visit to do battle with the Steelhead. The flow and color were good but the water temp was on the frigid side with the snow melt. The fish were a little lethargic for most of the morning, but they still managed to land 5. Way to grind it out!

Erie finally picked up the first major blowout of the year over the weekend, so what should you do? Head to NY with the boys, of course. We got into some nice Browns with a sprinkle of Steelhead, Lakers and a fat Smallmouth. Fish on! 🎣

Greg and Kevin + crew banged em' up in spite of tough conditions. Water was dropping and then the rain came. The bite was hot in the AM and then cooled off mid afternoon which happens sometimes...Thanks guys, we appreciate you! 🎣

Happy Thanksgiving, friends! 🦃 Jimbo and his son, Hunter, are first time clients and made the most of their day. We worked on fly and spin fishing with practically perfect water conditions. Nice job, men...we will see you in the spring!

Took at quick trip to NY this week while we wait for the Erie tribs to get some flow. Our friend, Carson, took us out on the boat to chase lake trout and steelies. Had a banger of a day!

Still banging the brakes off of the fish in spite of the tough conditions. Got on the creek at 6am and by 1pm we had over 60 to the bank. Yes, they all went back for someone else to catch. We ran out of egg sacs and called it a day. Nice job, Carson! 🔥 🎣 🔥

Ed and Rj returned to Erie for another round with the Steelhead. Conditions are still tough but they managed to land some nice fish. Tying hundreds of egg sacs is labor intensive, but they consistently produce when spin fishing. We will see you guys in the spring, Thank You! 🎣

When the water is low and gin clear, you have to downsize your rig and find some good runs that are holding fish. Travis made the trip from Montana to visit his father and did a great job landing some nice Steelhead. Spending time with family, catching fish and watching the Steelers squeak out a victory...priceless! 💰
