We did NOT sell the condo in Silverthorne and we bought a condo in Copper Mountain (Center Village)! We will be posting more about Copper soon.

HOW IT WORKS!

We know that having family and friends we trust to use our homes decreases our risk of damages which allows us to offer a fair price without the taxes and fees you would normally see with online booking sites. We trust that our family and friend guests will be honest and report any damages and incidents that occur during their stay. We fully understand that things happen and we actually expect them to, we just ask that you let us know promptly so we can get issues resolved.

Each of our homes has a 'pricing and availability' calendar which shows the nightly price for the current months. The price you see includes all taxes and fees. The only fee in addition to the price on the calendar is the cleaning fee, which varies by property.

To book nights at one of our homes, please email us so we can check availability. Please bear with us as sometimes we cannot keep up with the online booking platforms we use for other guests and the dates of availability reflected on our site may change from time to time.

We are two friends living in Colorado with a passion for travel, food, adventure and wine!

With real estate investments becoming an interest to both of us, and our love to share experiences with others, Mountain To Sea Stays was created. Our hope is to share our passion for travel and adventure with our family and friends!

Our homes stretch from the beautiful mountains of Colorado to the large lakes of Missouri and continue south to the white sandy beaches of Florida.
