�We are looking for out going, adventurous and competent tour guides/drivers, part time and full time; seasonal or longer.* For insurance purposes, the applicant must be 29 years of age or older. Please only apply if you live within one hour of Estes Park, Colorado. �
We take guest into Rocky Mountain National Park in custom Toyota and Hummer vehicles and into Roosevelt National Forest for an off-road adventure!
We prefer four wheeling experience and mechanical ability.
We have training days and great educational materials however the more knowledge of Colorado's history, ecology, geology and biology the better.
We require positive team oriented people who are responsible!. ��The cleaner your driving record the better.
This is a very fun job with very fun people!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time (min. 4 days a week)

In October of 1875 a road from Loveland Colorado to Estes Park would be approved for construction. At the time, blasting through the Big Thompson Canyon was going to be too expensive and the county only allowed $250-$350 to be spent on the route, hardly enough.
The road was completed through donations and volunteer work and would cross over Poll Hill, which sits between Bald Mountain and Estes Park.
Poll Hill stage road worked as an all-day one-way trip to Estes Park until the road up the Big Thompson River was completed in 1906.
Now it is a popular off-roading and hiking trail that Wild Side uses to take guests up to Panorama Peak. A scenic overlook that provides unobstructed views of the Rocky Mountain National Park and many towns of the front range.

One of the breath-taking sights you'll pass by on your way up Trail Ridge Road in the Rocky Mountain National Park is an outlook called Rock Cut. Blasted out in the summer of 1932 the workers would carefully wrap the surrounding rock with wood walls to protect the monoliths from the nearby explosions. Once blasting was completed the workers would recover the larger boulders in order to maintain the natural beauty of the area. Rock Cut is a great place to potentially get a glimpse of a Yellow-Bellied Marmot, Pika, or Bighorn Sheep.
