Nine years ago Joanne Sadie Jakob and I made the decision to move to Colorado and follow our dream of living in the mountains and owning vacation rentals. We bought a falling apart and bankrupt property in Estes Park Colorado. After months of remodeling rebranding and re-energizing we opened The Rustic Acre. 420 friendly vacation rentals in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. Joanne and I would like to thank each and everyone of you for helping us make The Rustic Acre what it is today. We are proud to announce the sale of the property in the next stage of our life. The new owners Will and Steve graduated from Estes Park high school in our prominent businessman in the local area. Things will be run in the same fashion as always. Thank you for your support throughout the years. We love each and everyone of you.
