Our cozy 1-bedroom, ground-floor apartment (called "The Nest") is a bird-themed apartment that can sleep up to 7. It's on the bus route, and also a quick and direct drive to Ithaca and Cornell, located in a small, friendly community. e living room sleep an additional 4 guests. The fold-out futon chair can even be a nice toddler bed! This is the ground-floor apartment in a early-1900s house. The bedroom has a full-twin bunk bed, and adjacent bathroom with beautiful 48"-square tiled shower with built-in granite bench. There's also a full futon couch in the dining room and a queen futon couch in the living room can accommodate up to 4 additional guests. The kitchen includes dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator, and new washer and dryer. Daily, weekly, and monthly rentals available. No pets or smoking.
