I'd been posting to my FB indirectly from Hootsuite but somehow some of my postings have not made it? I have to say that this social media stuff is not my forte which is why I COOK for a living!!!

Our Portuguese Smoked Paprika would be KILLER in a batch of Ribs or Pulled Pork or Jambalya; or infuse your Seafood with the Meyer Lemon rub as well as Chicken and Lamb; and speaking of Lamb, our Lemongrass shows up quite nicely paired with Lamb, Chicken, and Seafood oh and can you say GUACAMOLE DIP?!! Add Avocado to taste to our Lemongrass rub & I defy you to EVER buy pre-made again! Hurt me!
OR, you could just hire me to cook for you and the gang while you chill w cocktails and chatter....just sayin'....Bon Appetit!

The Hustle begins for 2018; me at the Taste of NW Trade Show in PDX last week....the sweater was an afterthought to stay warm...I had NO idea that it would create 'the Kermit the Frog' effect LOL....Damn that's a LOT of green but the booth got rave reviews so I went with it! HAPPY NEW YEAR to all of YOU and continued success to the Hustlers out there!

In this, my year of saying 'yes'; I was recently recruited to participate in a sailing program for veterans put on by the Outdoor Recreation program through the city..first lesson was last nite and my head was reeling w sailing terms and techniques...breeze was minimal initially but we managed to pick up speed later in the evening. Turned out to be 3 Marines and 3 Army veterans on this crew...let's see how well we play nicely:-)

Went on a pesto kick recently; made and froze several different batches of pesto using 'out of the box' ingredients; not a basil leaf in site but parsley, shiso, and carrot tops instead..now I'll be ready to parlay those into quick meals for weeknites or weekends when friends come over. Another 'rock star' tip from 'soil to soul; it's all good'..
