A short trip into Rogers, in the Monte Ne area, and you are in for a treat! Monte Ne Chicken is family style eatin' and you'll be served up their famous bean soup for starters, fried chicken and all the fixins! No need to decide what to eat, they bring bowls of food for the table and it's all you can eat.
You'll want to call ahead to reserve a table because it's busy busy on the weekend.

Drive just down the road to Monte Ne cove on Beaver Lake to stretch your legs and check out the Monte Ne Resort Ruins. A fun little afternoon side trip.
