Have you seen our little lake?
Nearly hidden at the meeting of Douglas and Steele Streets, just around the corner from "Hatchet Hall" Carrie Nation house, is one of Eureka’s true hidden gems! This treasure started as Eureka Springs first water supply and eventually turned into the main swimming hole for the town. Not fit for swimming these days, but still a beautiful sight to see. If you look closely near by, you can see the remnants of the original main entrance to town, Water Street.

Bel Lago Lake Front Villa

This charming Victorian style villa has plenty of room for the family to enjoy all that beautiful Beaver Lake front in the Ozark Mountains has to offer. Enjoy the outdoors from two levels of decks over looking the lake. It may have gingerbread on the outside, but the interior decor is modern and fresh.

This lakefront home is the perfect getaway! A beautiful stone fireplace with large flat screen TV (With Streaming capabilities) in the living room has lake views and a patio door to the main level deck. The kitchen boasts black marble counters, stainless steel appliances and a beautiful tile back splash. The stove is electric with a ceramic cook top and a pot filler above the stove. The double sink looks into the living room with the fireplace, makes a nice view.

There is a beautiful two story high ceiling in the dining room which has lots of light and views to the outdoors.

Three bedrooms on the main floor includes the master bedroom with a private master bath and large walk in closet. This bath has a large handicapped accessible shower and a double vanity with marble counter top. Recently updated with beautiful glass tile, it is stunning. It also has patio door access to the deck with an awesome lake view. Also on this floor are two Queen Bedrooms and a full bath with a tub/shower combo. Both baths have motion sensor lights and automatic humidity controlled exhaust fans. Don't worry about touching any switch here.

The lower level is spacious with two large rooms and a full bath with a walk in shower. When you come downstairs you enter the living space with a flat screen TV, past that is another large space with a small kitchen complete with a stove, refrigerator, double stainless sink and microwave.

There is a queen bed just past the kitchen and a queen bed in a room off this one that has a curtain in the doorway for privacy. There is a fold down sofa sleeper in the living area. Two patio doors in the kitchen/bed area make accessing the lower level deck very easy.

This very spacious home has room to spread out. The kitchens are fully equipped with dishes and utensils and ready for you to prepare great meals.

Walk to the shore below the house where you can fish or swim.

This wonderful home is located 12.9 miles, 24 minutes from Eureka Springs with all its great restaurants, shops, shows and music. It is a about an hour drive from Crystal Bridges American Museum of Art, which houses the largest collection of American Art in the United States and which is a destination for art lovers from around the world. Branson, MO and Silver Dollar City are about an hour away. But staying closer to home and enjoying the lake is a great option too. You can hike or mountain bike at Lake Leatherwood, also a short distance away. Fish or swim right off the dock or try your hand at catching trout or walleye on the great White River fishery just 30 minutes from the home. Lots to do and enjoy.

Piedmont House - Crystal Terrace

Circa 1880, Piedmont House was built as tourist lodging and has continued to provide relaxing and convenient accommodations for nearly 150 years. Located on upper Spring Street within blocks to downtown shops and restaurants, Piedmont House offers 12 unique guest rooms and stands out with its grand wraparound porches and amazing views.

The Crystal Terrace / Penthouse is our premium top floor suite, ideal for families, special occasion, or couples traveling together. This suite boasts 2 full bathrooms, 3 sleeping areas, and a living room with dining table. Located on the second floor of Piedmont House, stairs required.

When entering from the exterior door, the vaulted ceiling and walls of windows are front and center, showcasing a gorgeous view of Christ of the Ozarks. Full bathroom with XL jetted tub is accessible from the living room and adjoins a cozy bedroom with king bed, his/hers closet space, and streaming tv.

Adjoining the living room and separated by a set of french doors is a short corridor leading to the second and third sleeping spaces. Please note these spaces do not have a door separating and are recommended for families who do not require additional privacy. The queen bed sleeping space with streaming tv is ideal for late risers or those who prefer a darker sleeping space. This room also provides direct access to the Piedmont House second floor landing and coffee station. A second full bath with jetted tub are located en suite. Twin sized daybed is located on the other side of the corridor, and boasts a wall of windows overlooking Christ of the Ozarks.

As a guest of Piedmont House, you are invited to enjoy complimentary coffee and tea at our self service beverage station.

Parking - Guests are provided one parking space per room. Please be advised that parking is accessed via a set of stairs behind the building. At check-in, it is recommended that guests use the loading zone on Spring Street to unload luggage before parking. There is also free street parking at street level, available on first come first serve basis.

Unique Property Information - As the longest operating lodging facility in Eureka Springs, Piedmont House is a historic, charming choice for your stay. While each room is private with an en suite bathroom, Piedmont is essentially a large house with shared common areas. Guests are invited to be as social or as private as they like. As is the case for many Eureka Springs historic properties, mobility is required to navigate stairs.

Aside from our Edgewood Terrace and Hideaway Suites, all rooms have interior doors that enter into the main foyer where guests come and go during the day. To promote a quiet night time environment, we ask guests to refrain from using the central hallways and common areas after 10pm.

In room refrigerators and a microwave in the common area are provided for convenience; breakfast service is not available at this time.

LAKE VIEW! This second-floor lake view condo is perfect for family and friends who enjoy outdoor activities in the Ozarks. It is directly above the Holiday Island Marina where you can easily walk to launch your boat or rent canoes, kayaks, jet skis, or boats (Contact Holiday Island Marina for information).

The condo features a lake view deck area with seating. The deck area has both a covered and open area and is the perfect place to sit and unwind while watching the lake, boats, sunsets, and stars.

The full kitchen has everything you need to make a nice meal, or you can grill out and eat on the deck and enjoy the serene views.

There are two large bedrooms in this condo, one has a queen-sized bed, and the other has a full-size over Queen-size bunk bed. The top bunk weight limit is 300 lbs., and the bottom bunk weight limit is 450 lbs. Board games, puzzles, bocci, a small tabletop pool table, and a small tabletop foosball table are available for family game night.

WIFI is provided. Your favorite streaming services (sign-in required) are available in the living room and queen bedroom.

There is a wood-burning fireplace for chilly nights where you can lounge and watch a movie on the comfy down-filled couch.

LAKE SWIMMING! There is a swimming area that is located about 150 yards from this property. It is a public access area next to the bridge but is rarely crowded. It is very easy to walk to the lake. The yard area to walk there has a gentle slope, therefore, you can easily bring along a rolling cooler or wagon.

MARINA! Just steps away from the condo, you can launch your boat or walk to the Marina to rent a kayak, boat, or waterski. The boat and trailer parking are just down the hill from the condo.

FISHING! Home to one of the top Bass fishing lakes, fishermen can also snag bluegill, catfish, and crappie on a lucky day. You will have to bring your own bait and tackle.

GOLF! 2 Courses. The breathtaking scenery of the Ozark Mountains will provide you with a peaceful backdrop for your golfing experience. The courses are open year-round. The championship course includes 18 holes of scenic beauty riding the crest of the oldest range of mountains on this continent. Many of the tees and greens have a panoramic view that is amazing. The 9-hole executive course plays 1,832 yards and is located on the lake and surrounded by mountain vistas. The Driving Range is located at the 18-hole golf course. Maintenance person needed for busy and established property management company in Eureka Springs. Handyman skills are a must, as your general responsibilities will vary. Full-time year-round position! Valid driver's license, SS card, reliable transportation. We use Breezeway and Slack apps to assign tasks and communicate throughout the company, so a working smartphone with good service is a must as our property locations vary and may take you to rural areas.

Must have general knowledge of:

Construction
Electric
Plumbing (including hot tub/spa servicing)
Yard work/Landscaping (mower, chainsaw, etc)
Vehicle Repair

Job Responsibilities include but not limited to— Troubleshooting various fixtures such as faucets, sinks, garbage disposals, and toilets. Must be able to repair/replace parts needed, and restore to working order. Installation and repair of lights, outlets, etc. Drywall patching, installation, trim, painting, and general house repair work. Large and small appliance diagnoses and possible repair. Trash pick-up, gas/charcoal grill cleaning/maintenance/propane bottle replacement, and checking property propane. Perform odd jobs as needed. Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks. Common sense and reading comprehension are highly regarded!
