While not immediately guaranteed that testing and vaccine mandates will end, this is the first step to making cruising comparable as far as restrictions to other land based travel options. Everyone can still use their own best judgement about keeping masks etc once restrictions are eased in future. Enjoy your travels!!!!!

Anyone interested in cruising should contact their representatives in Washington,D.C. and demand that the CDC end the special treatment of the cruise industry. If airlines can fly and increase capacity on airplanes and the rest of the country can continue reopening why is the cruise industry being singled out. Also know that cruise lines are starting to pull ships from US ports in order to sail in other parts of the world(safely I might add). Carnival is currently considering such a move. This would be a big economic loss for the fragile US economy.

Update: CDC may allow cruising by midsummer. But don’t let up on the pressure. Ensure there is no backtracking. 🎊🎉😆
