The Port of Everett's Waterfront Place Central redevelopment project is more than just a large-scale real estate venture. The project is set to unify the marina and surrounding property with a sustainable and unique commercial, recreation and residential community. Spectacular views, water access and recreational parks and amenities are just a glimpse of what's to come for Port of Everett's new 65

-acre neighborhood. The project's anticipated investments include $33 million in public infrastructure and $340 million in private investments. The 20.25 acre Craftsman District
accommodates marina services. In this area, boats are sold, repaired, stored, painted, built and
washed. The only street within the District is Craftsman Way to the west of the boatyard and east of the waterfront where the travelift provides boat transportation into the yards. This road is a
general circulation roadway with 12-foot lanes, and parallel and angled parking areas. The Esplanade is the primary unifying element within Waterfront Place Central. Those taking the long walk, jog or bike ride around the Esplanade
will find a variety of sights, including ground floor shops, townhomes, restaurants, water and
mountain views and large, diverse open spaces.
