Last month was another cruise on Navigator of the Seas. This time we did something different and tried to Royal Up to a promenade room. The winning bid was $30 more for both of us. I’ll admit, I have been reluctant to sell cruises due to Covid, however I just returned from a cruise and I have to say, I have regained my confidence in selling cruises again. Sure, the experience is different than pre-Covid times, but I feel that the cruise lines are going out of their way to make customers feel safe with extra precautions. Buffet dishes were either pre-portioned, or served by the crew. There were employees standing at the entrance to buffets to make sure everyone washed their hands. All drinks were also handled by employees. Cruises have always been known to have sanitizing stations, but now they have multiplied. After this recent trip and comparing it to our trip to Disneyland, I felt there was no comparison in the precautions taken on the cruise ship.
