Paddling at the university pool is canceled for this week. This will bring a close to this 2024 spring season of paddling in the pool. We'll hopefully see you on the lakes about May 15th. Pool sessions should resume in October.

Paddling at UAF Patty pool continues on Sundays for the spring semester from 6-8pm. Unfortunately Hamme Pool is closed on Mondays due to staffing so Patty Pool Paddling is the only local Paddling session this season.

It may be cold outside, but we are still going up to the university to paddle from 6 to 8 p m tonight. We will also be paddling For the next three sundays to finish out the year. We will be there on Christmas eve and on New Year's eve

October 1st has arrived and paddling sessions in the pool are supposed to start today. However, they are unfortunately having mechanical issues with the pool today. So paddle sessions will start next week.

Pool News!
We will have Kayak Sessions starting this Sunday 6-8PM. Free for Students and Members with support from Alaska Dream Adventures and Epic: Kayak Ultimate, NPO Kayaks are provided.
Additionally, we have added Tuesday and Friday evening (7:30-9PM) lap swim as well as Saturday afternoons (1-3PM). Starting in October.
We will try to start Open Rec family swims in November after our Lifeguard class ends.
