Dear Sisters

Join us for Our Monthly Soul Therapy Sessions in a safe, confidential space where every woman has the chance to share, heal, and cry. We are supportive, real, and committed to allowing you be your authentic self.

Bringing together women of all ages is phenomenal and life-changing. Our small session size ensure intimacy, so you can be yourself without judgment. Each month, we focus on a different topic, and if needed, we revisit conversations to provide deeper insights.

Remember, we are not mental health therapists. We provide a space to share how inner reflective conversations have aided our healing process. We help connect those in need to licensed mental health therapists or other necessary resources.

As a Women' s Health life enhancement coach, I prioritize the well-being of Black women. Our why is rooted in the unique experiences and challenges we face. Our how is through teaching Biblical principles, mentoring and offering group coaching. Together, we can foster a supportive community where healing and growth are possible.

Lifelessons

Today I choose to focus on value..... my value

I had to make a difficult But necessary decision. 💯

I had an encounter with someone that showed that they only valued what I could bring to the table..they valued my gifts and talents but not me as a person....

But the problem wasn't only them but me. I had to have a one on one conversation with me.

Suddenly a light came on..how we see and take care of ourselves can influence how others see and treat us....

I have always been infatuated with airports, airplanes and flying.

I loved the food and meeting new and old friends and family.

I ever entertained the idea of becoming an airline pilot but life and other dreams got in the way.

Like me you may still have some unfulfilled dreams and don't know if to give up or not. If you still have that spark, that knowing from deep within then pursue it.....
