Pickin' On A Soldier's Heart is the one and only fundraiser we (A Soldier's Heart, Bluegrass and Muddy Waters, 501c3) self-host for our organization annually.
It's hugely popular and a lot of people ask us to do it more often, but our response is that we spend the rest of our time staying mission-focused.
Pickin on A Soldier's Heart 2022 will offer over 20 bands between Friday, September 9 and Sunday, September 11.
Gates open at 5pm on Friday, September 9.
Weekend passes* are $20 per person, children 12 years of age and under get free entry.
We will have food and craft vendors throughout the weekend as well as a beer garden. No outside alcohol or glass containers are permitted.
There will be a silent auction and organization (A Soldier's Heart) shirts and merch available to purchase.

This event funds the retreats that support our mission and all of our volunteers and members give their time and talents completely free of charge. Every last cent that is donated to our non-profit goes to furthering our mission.
Over the years, we have set up routine retreats in Frankfort, Ky, with our partners at Camp Brown Bear and again out of Key West, FL with sailing retreats through our partnes S/V Ghostship. Both of these partnerships are a blessing to our non-profit "family."
We also occasionally host local camping retreats here in West KY.
All of our retreats are for veterans who suffer from combat stress, PTSD or MST and they are NO COST to the veteran attending the retreat.
