Beautiful water ride with a big splash that comes as surprise after calm water boat ride

Heavy snow in Washington DC area with accumulations of around 10 inches followed by sub zero temperature. This caused dangerous driving conditions. some areas lost power and so heating in such time. I really feel pain for them. Stay warm and safe.
